MENYOAL TENTANG DAYA EKSPRESI GARAP PERTUNJUKAN SEORANG DALANG DALAM UPAYA MEMBANGUN KOMUNIKASI ESTETIK PADA PERTUNJUKAN WAYANG GOLEK

ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the question of the aesthetic realm in the art of puppetry, all of which can be found in the role and position of a dalang with the process and the stages of his work. This paper is also part of the dissertation which became new findings in the study of aesthetics of Sundanese puppetry. Therefore in his dalm contains explanations about the aesthetic trinkets that are present in the form of expression work on a puppeteer. The method uses a multi-disciplinary aesthetic phenomenology as an attempt to enrich the description, analyzing how to conclude the end result of the study. One of the approaches used as a scalpel is, photographing the aesthetic phenomenon related to the realm of art communication within the scope of the Sunda puppet show.

ABSTRAK
Tulisan ini membahas persoalan ranah estetika dalam seni pedalangan yang kesemuanya dapat dijumpai pada peran dan kedudukan seorang dalang dengan proses dann tahapan berkaryanya. Tulisan ini pun merupakan bagain dari disertasi yang menjadi temuan baru dalam telaah estetika pedalangan Sunda. Oleh karena itu di dalmnya memuat penjelasan tentang pernak-pernik estetika yang tersajikan dalam bentuk ekspresi garap pertunjukan seorang dalang. Metode pendekatanya menggunakan studi fenomenologi estetik yang bersifat multidisiplin sebagai upaya memperkaya pendeskripsian, penganalisisan hinga menyimpulkan hasil akhir penelitian. Salah satu pendekatan yang dijadikan pisau bedahnya adalah, memotret fenomena estetik yang berkaitan dengan ranah komunikasi seni dalam ruang lingkup pertunjukan wayang golek Sunda.
