Abstrak: Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana media sosial menjadi ruang partisipatif yang
mendorong munculnya praktik jurnalisme warga yang kreatif dan edukatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis konten untuk mengkaji praktik jurnalisme seni budaya yang dilakukan oleh Nabil Muhdor melalui akun Instagram @billmohdor. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi digital, dan wawancara mendalam dengan kreator dan pengikut aktif. Konten visual, narasi, dan interaksi audiens dianalisis untuk memahami strategi komunikasi dan bentuk inovasi yang digunakan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Instagram tidak hanya menjadi sarana berbagi konten, tetapi juga ruang aktualisasi jurnalisme kreatif yang memadukan visual sederhana, narasi reflektif, dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Nabil berhasil menyajikan konten yang akurat, otentik, dan menyentuh, serta memanfaatkan fitur Instagram secara strategis untuk membangun komunikasi dua arah yang partisipatif. Inovasi ini berdampak pada pola konsumsi budaya audiens yang menjadi lebih aktif, reflektif, dan kolaboratif, serta memperkuat posisi media sosial sebagai ruang literasi dan pelestarian budaya di era digital.

Abstract: This research explains how social media becomes a participatory space that encourages the emergence of creative and educative citizen journalism practices. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a content analysis method to examine the practice of cultural arts journalism carried out by Nabil Muhdor through the Instagram account @billmohdor. Data were collected through observation, digital documentation, and in-depth interviews with creators and active followers. Visual content, narratives, and audience interactions were analyzed to understand the communication strategies and forms of innovation used. The findings show that Instagram is not only a means of sharing content, but also a space for actualizing creative journalism that combines simple visuals, reflective narratives, and local cultural values. Nabil succeeded in presenting accurate, authentic and touching content, and strategically utilized Instagram features to build participatory two-way communication. This innovation has an impact on the audience's cultural consumption patterns which have become
more active, reflective and collaborative, and strengthens the position of social media as a space for literacy and cultural preservation in the digital era.
