PELUANG PEMBERDAYAAN POTENSI TARI DI DESA KARYASARI KECAMATAN CIBALONG KABUPATEN GARUT

ABSTRAK
Desa menjadi primadona dalam implementasi Undang-undang Pe-majuan Kebudayaan. Kementrian Pendidikan Kebudayaan berusaha membangun desa sebagai ujung tombak pemajuan kebudayaan. Desa merupakan pondasi jati diri bangsa, tempat asal peradaban, sekaligus lumbung keanekaragaman budaya, ilmu pengetahuan, kearifan, tradisi serta aneka sumber daya tak ternilai yang diwariskan turun temurun. 11 OPK Desa Karyasari memiliki peluang pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam bidang seni tari, karena dalam acara Festival Bedah Bugel terdapat 49 acara, terdiri dari arak-arakan, open ceremony, kaulinan barudak, tari, musik dan closing ceremony. Jumlah penampilan tari sebanyak 33 tarian. Pelaku tari mulai anak-anak usia 4 tahun, remaja, dewasa sampai orang tua, bahkan manula semua ikut menari. Selain itu, ada kesenian rudat yang hampir punah, karena pelakunya berumur 102 dan 87 tahun. Dalam festival, antusiasme dan partisipasi masyarakat sangat besar, ini menjadi modal penting dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat. Tujuan pemajuan kebudayaan desa dapat dicapai melalui pengembangan dan pemanfaatan potensi sumber daya manusia secara sistemik dan berkelanjutan.

ABSTRACT
Dance Potential Empowerment Opportunity In Karyasari Village, Cibalong District, Garut Regency, December 2021. The village is a primadonna of the law's implementation on culture furtherance. Ministery of Culture and Education of Indonesian efforts to building villages as a significance program on culture furtherance. The Village is the foundation of national identity, the home of Indonesian civilization, and the granaries of cultural diversity, science, prudence, traditions and priceless resources passed down through generations. The eleven Culture Furtherance Objek (OPK) in Karyasari village has an extremely high chance of empowerment of people, because on the BedahBugel Festival have 49 programs, including processions, open ceremony, barudak and closing ceremony. The number of dance performances is 33. It starts with 4 - year - old children, teenagers, adults, and even older people all join in the dance. Beyond that, the rule has been most exhaled as the perpetrators currently living between 102 and 87 years of age. The enormous enthusiasm and participation of society into critical capital for the empowerment of society. The goal of village culture's preparedness can be achieved through systematic and sustainable development and use of human resources potential.
