IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PADA TARI RATOH JAROE DI TK ISLAM AL MUHAJIR (Penerapan Seni Tari dalam Pengetahuan, Perasaan dan Tindakan)
Abstract
Penerapan pendidikan karakter di TK Islam Al Muhajir salah satunya melalui pembelajaran tari Ratoh Jaroe. Permasalahan yang dihadapi jika pendidikan karakter anak tidak dipersiapkan dari usia dini, dampaknya ke depan mengkhawatirkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pendidikan karakter anak di TK Islam Al Muhajir yang diterapkan melalui pembelajaran tari Ratoh Jaroe seperti gerakan, stuktur tari, busana, makna, musik, syair yang dibawakan dalam menari. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif
dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Teori pendidikan karakter yang digunakan mengacu pada aspek Pengetahuan (Moral Knowing), Perasaan (Moral Feeling), dan Tindakan (Moral Action). Hasil penelitian ini adanya implementasi pendidikan karakter yang optimal melalui pembelajaran tari Ratoh Jaroe sehingga perubahan perilaku anak lebih terbentuk ke arah yang lebih baik dalam melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya, menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan dan nilai-nilai moral yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

ABSTRACT
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CHARACTER EDUCATION ON RATOH JAROE DANCE IN AL MUHAJIR ISLAMIC KINDERGARTEN (THE APPLICATION OF DANCE ART IN KNOWLEDGE, FEELING, AND ACTION), DECEMBER 2024. One of the applications of character education in Al Muhajir Islamic Kindergarten is through learning Ratoh Jaroe dance. The problem faced when children's character education is not prepared from their early age, the impact in the future will be worrying. This research aims to find out how children's character education is implemented in Al Muhajir Islamic Kindergarten which is applied through Ratoh Jaroe dance learning such as movements, dance structures, costume, meaning, music, and poetry performed in dancing. The research uses qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The character education theory which is used refers to the aspects of Knowledge (Moral Knowing), Feelings (Moral Feeling), and Action (Moral Action). The result of this research is the implementation of optimal character education through learning Ratoh Jaroe dance so that changes in children's behavior are formed in a better direction in preserving cultural values, instilling educational values and moral values that can be applied in daily life.
