 E. Publication Malpractice Statement

In line with our commitment to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics, we take matters of publication malpractice very seriously. Our journal adheres to the principles of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct. Below are the key points of our policy regarding publication malpractice:

  1. Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that their work is original and properly cite any sources used. Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is strictly prohibited. Any manuscript found to be plagiarized will be rejected immediately, and further actions may be taken in accordance with the severity of the incident.
  2. Data Fabrication and Falsification: Authors must ensure that all data, results, and findings presented in their manuscripts are truthful and accurate. Any instances of data fabrication, falsification, or manipulation will lead to the retraction of the paper and may result in a ban from submitting to the journal.
  3. Multiple Submissions: Authors should not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously. Submitting the same work to multiple journals constitutes unethical behavior and will result in immediate rejection and possible blacklisting.
  4. Authorship: All authors listed on a paper must meet the criteria for authorship, including substantial contributions to the conception, design, analysis, or interpretation of the research. Authors should disclose all individuals or entities who contributed to the work. Guest or honorary authorship is prohibited, and individuals who do not meet authorship criteria should not be included as authors.
  5. Conflicts of Interest: Authors, editors, and peer reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence their objectivity. If a conflict of interest is identified, it must be addressed, and if necessary, the manuscript may be withdrawn or rejected.
  6. Fabrication of Review Process: Peer reviewers must not manipulate or fabricate the review process. All reviews should be conducted in a fair and unbiased manner, and reviewers must maintain confidentiality about the papers under review.
  7. Correction and Retraction: If an error or inaccuracy is identified in a published article, the author(s) and the journal will work together to issue a correction or retraction. The journal commits to maintaining transparency regarding such actions to uphold the trust of the academic community.
  8. Editorial Independence: Editors must ensure that their decisions are made based on the quality and relevance of the manuscript and not influenced by personal biases or external pressures. They must also avoid conflicts of interest and maintain impartiality throughout the review and publication process.

By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to maintain the integrity of the academic publishing process and provide a platform that fosters genuine scientific advancement. Any breach of these ethical principles will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken.

This policy is aligned with the publication ethics outlined for the journal and is binding on authors, reviewers, and editorial board members.
